We are a small, family-run business, and we appreciate your interest!

Payment
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, PayPal and Debit Cards.
We gladly accept Checks (drawn on US bank only) are accepted for all orders.
Payment may be made for fax orders by credit card. Our fax number is (215) 794-8050.
Payment may be made for mail orders by check (USD), money order (USD) or credit card. Please make all checks payable to "Breeze Dryer".
Check Policy: By using a check for payment, you agree to the following terms: In the event your check is dishonored or returned for any reason, you authorize us to electronically (or by paper draft) re-present the check to your bank account for collection of the amount of the check, plus any applicable fees as permitted by state law.
What about Sales Tax?
We are required to collect sales tax on orders before shipping charges for PA delivery addresses only.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your product. We will gladly accept any returns within 30 days of purchase. A 12% restocking fee will be charged. We are sorry, but original shipping charges will not be refunded.
In the event an item is returned that was shipped under the "Free Shipping Program", the customer will be charged the actual shipping cost for any item that is returned if it was shipped with "Free Shipping". Shipping cost will be deducted from refunded amount.

Please call us for a Return Authorization Number prior to making your return.
1. Prepare the products to be returned in its' original packaging and shipping cartons,
2. Post this Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. Returns
cannot be accepted without the Return Authorization Number.

4. Return the shipment insured using a reputable carrier that provides a tracking number. Note:
Without insurance, damaged returns will not be processed or credited.
5. Please allow Breeze Dryer 5-7 business days from receipt to process your return.
Items damaged during original shipment must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
Promotions
Any promotions offering free shipping do not apply to: ALASKA, APO, HAWAII,US TERRITORIES & the rest of the world.
Privacy
We need your phone number for shipping companies and your email address for order and shipping confirmations. We respect your privacy and will not share any of your information.
