Shipping

We gladly ship to anywhere in the United States, including, AK, HI, PR and USVI, APO/FPO addresses and the rest of the world.  Please note that additional shipping charges will apply for all shipments to non-contiguous US addresses and the rest of the world.

Customer will be charged the actual shipping cost for any item that is returned if it was shipped with "Free Shipping".  Shipping cost will be deducted from refunded amount.

For non-contiguous US Addresses & the rest of the world:

Please call or email us to place your order.  You cannot place orders through our website due to the necessary additional shipping charges. Please Note:  Our quoted shipping costs to The Rest of the World do not cover any duties, cross border fees or taxes assessed by your Government.  The recipient is responsible for these costs.

*We ship in the most cost effective manner using the USPS and Fed Ex.  We're sorry, but shipments to AK, HI, PR, USVI, PO Boxes, the rest of the world and APF/FPO addresses will require additional shipping charges due to much higher delivery costs to these locations.

Sales Tax of 6% will be added to deliveries within the State of Pennsylvania.

 

Shipping Services

Fed Ex may not deliver to some rural locations. If you are aware that FedEx does not service your location, please contact us and we will gladly provide you with an alternate delivery option that is most cost effective for you. Additional charges may apply but we will do our best to make your delivery as easy as possible.


Shipment Tracking

All US shipments via FedEx or USPS will receive e-mail notification of shipment along with a tracking number. For continental US Shipments via FedEx, you can expect to receive your shipment within 4-10 business days after ordering, depending on your location. USPS Shipment transit times may vary.

Item damaged during shipment

Please inspect all items for any shipping damage immediately upon receipt. We are happy to assist with the FedEx claims process, however, any damage must be reported within 14 days of receipt, otherwise the customer will be solely responsible for handling the claim directly with FedEx. Please document any damage and contact us at customercare@breezedryer.com with digital photo(s) and explanation.
