We are a small, family-run business, and we appreciate your interest.  We are available to take your order by phone Monday-Saturday from 9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time, and we are happy to take your web order anytime.

How do I contact you?

Contacting us is easy.

Use the "Contact Us" form to send an e-mail.

Call Toll Free 1- 877-794-0379. Monday - Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. After hours please leave a message and we will get back to you promptly. 

Orders may be faxed to 215-794-8050, along with credit card payment.

Payment
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover Card, Debit Cards and American Express and checks (drawn on a US bank only) for all orders.

Payment may be made for mail orders by check (USD), money order (USD) or credit card.    Please make all checks payable to "Breeze Dryer".  

Check Policy; By using a check for payment, you agree to the following terms: In the event your check is dishonored or returned for any reason, you authorize us to electronically (or by paper draft) re-present the check to your bank account for collection of the amount of the check, plus any applicable fees as permitted by state law.

Payment may be made for fax orders by credit card.   Our fax number is 215-794-8050.

 

What about sales tax?

We are required to collect sales tax on orders before shipping charges for PA delivery addresses only.   

Shipping
Where do you ship to?

We gladly ship to anywhere in the United States, including AK, HI, PR, and USVI, APO/FPO addresses and Canada.  Please note that additional shipping charges will apply for all shipments to non-continental US addresses and Canada.

*To each address shipping is by FedEx Home Delivery. US Mail (USPS) and UPS may be requested with possible additional charges.  We're sorry, but shipments to AK, HI, PR, USVI, PO Boxes, Canada, and APO/FPO addresses will require additional shipping charges due to much higher delivery costs to these locations. 

Sales Tax of 6% will be added to deliveries within Pennsylvania.


Which shipping services do you use?

Our orders are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery. Delivery to PO Boxes, AK, HI, PR, USVI, APO/FPO and Canadian addresses will be shipped via US Postal Service (USPS).  Any applicable taxes and duty charges for Canadian Shipments are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.  

FedEx Home Delivery may not deliver to some rural locations. If you are aware that FedEx Home Delivery does not service your location, please contact us and we will gladly provide you with an alternate delivery option that is most cost effective for you.  Additional charges may apply but we will do our best to make your delivery as easy as possible.


Can I track my shipment?

All US shipments via FedEx Home Delivery will receive e-mail notification of shipment along with a tracking number.  We are sorry, but at this time, USPS shipments cannot be tracked.

For continental US Shipments via FedEx Home Delivery, you can expect to receive your shipment within 4-10 business days after ordering, depending on your location.  USPS & UPS Shipment transit times may vary.

What happens if an item is damaged during shipment?

Please inspect all items for any shipping damage immediately upon receipt.  We are happy to assist with the FedEx claims process, however, any damage must be reported within 14 days of receipt, otherwise the customer will be solely responsible for handling the claim directly with FedEx.  Please document any damage and contact us at info@breezedryer.com with digital photo(s) and explanation.

Returns
What is your Return Policy?

We want you to be happy with your product. We will gladly accept any returns within 30 days of purchase. A 12% restocking fee will be charged. We are sorry, but original shipping charges will not be refunded.  Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance charges; without insurance, damaged returns will not be processed or credited. 

Please call for a return code prior to making your return.  Post this number clearly on the outside of the shipping carton.  Returns cannot  be accepted without the return code.

Items damaged during original shipment must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
