Terms and Conditions

All web site customers agree to pay the purchase price, corresponding shipping charges and applicable sales tax. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. A 12% restocking fee will be charged and original shipping charges will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance charges; without insurance, damaged returns will not be processed or credited.  Customer will be charged the actual shipping cost for any item that is returned if it was shipped with "Free Shipping".  Shipping cost will be deducted from refunded amount. 

Returns: All Returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number prior to shipping your return. Customer must contact Breezedryer for the RMA number. RMA number must be posted clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA Number.

All items should be inspected immediately upon receipt for any shipping damage.  If an item has been damaged during shipment, we will be happy to assist with FedEx claims given these claims are reported to Breeze Dryer within 14 days of receipt of shipment.  We ask that you submit digital photo(s) and an explanation of damage to us at info@breezedryer.com, so that we may begin the claims process.  If the 14 day limit is exceeded, it will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser to pursue a claim with FedEx. 

Check Policy:  By using a check for payment, you agree to the follwing terms:  In the event your check is dishonored or returned for any reason, you authorize us to electronically (or by paper draft) re-present the check to your bank account for collection of the amount of the check, plus any applicable fees as permitted by state law.
